RoofKit Seam Primer requires the use of solvent-resistant gloves. Read caution labels on all adhesives, primers’, and sealants’ containers. These materials contain petroleum distillates and are extremely flammable. Care MUST be taken to avoid open flames. Do not smoke when using these products. Safety data sheets (SDS), if required, are available for these products and should be consulted. Turn off all air intake systems on the roof before use. Be sure to comply with all OSHA and other safety standards while working on a roof. Be sure to stay away from overhead obstructions and power lines making sure neither your body nor equipment has contact with them. Properly dispose of used rags and scrubbie pads once they have dried out. Read and follow all ladder manufacturers’ warnings and use instructions.
