An extruded aluminum bar with pre-drilled holes.
Uses:
Used for vertical termination of the membrane at walls and gutters or over the edge of the roof surface.
Features:
- Aluminum will not rust or corrode
- Each pre-drilled hole must be filled with the proper length screw
- RoofKit Waterstop is usually installed under the white membrane just behind the termination bar to prevent any water infiltration
- Caulking channel already provided for easy caulk installation
Cautions:
Sharp edges may exist at the ends of the bar. Be sure to use fasteners appropriate, in type and length for the surface that the bar will be secured to. This product also requires the use of RoofKit Rubber Caulk and Water Stop. Be sure to comply with all OSHA and other safety standards while working on a roof. Be sure to stay away from overhead obstructions and power lines making sure neither your body or equipment has contact with them. Read and follow all ladder manufacturers’ warnings and use instructions.
