A convenient dual purpose EPDM cleaner and primer.
Uses:
Used for cleaning and priming all roof membrane surfaces prior to installation of RoofKit products including tapes, multi-purpose adhesive, caulk, corner covers and pipe boot.

Cautions:
Always wear solvent-resistant rubber gloves when applying primer. Store in dry location away from heat and sunlight. Read caution labels on all adhesives’, primers’, and sealants’ containers. These materials contain petroleum distillates and are extremely flammable. Care MUST be taken to avoid open flames. Do not smoke when using these products. Properly dispose of used rags and scrubbie pads once they have dried out. Safety data sheets (SDS) are available for these products and should be consulted. SDS can be downloaded by clicking here. Turn off all air intake systems on the roof before use. Be sure to comply with all OSHA and other safety standards while working on a roof. Be sure to stay away from overhead obstructions and power lines making sure neither your body nor equipment has contact with them. Read and follow all ladder manufacturers’ warnings and use instructions.
